I do eat pasta due to sensitive stomach...will this interfere with keto pills

I'm 21, 6'3", 155lbs and been keto for about 10 months, on a random suggestion by my dad. I just needed some kind of guidelines to eat by, not knowing all the AMAZING benefits.
